1. Who we are

SimpliArg provides growth systems for small and mid-sized businesses: websites, campaigns, CRM, automation, AI and Odoo implementation. We serve businesses in the United States, including Miami, remotely. Services for U.S. clients are provided by Simpliarg LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us when you fill out our contact form or quick assessment, or book a call: name, email, company, WhatsApp/phone number (optional), what you need help with, your message and, for the assessment, your answers and score.
Chat messages you send through the website's chat assistant, if you use it.
Usage and device information: the page you came from, campaign parameters (such as utm_source), device and browser type, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and send you the information or report you asked for.
To schedule and hold assessment calls.
To prepare proposals and, if you hire us, deliver our services.
To send you updates about our services. You can opt out at any time.
To measure and improve our website and marketing campaigns.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above, including Make (form automation), Brevo (CRM and email), Google (Workspace, Tag Manager and Analytics), Calendly (scheduling) and our website hosting provider.

Our team operates from Argentina and the United States, so your information may be processed in either country and on our providers' servers in other countries. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and, where applicable, advertising tags. These use cookies to tell us, for example, how many people visit a page or whether a form was submitted. We also store your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser and, during your visit, the campaign details you arrived with.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's official browser add-on. The site keeps working if you do.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
Correct information that is inaccurate.
Delete your information.
Stop sending you marketing emails or messages. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.

Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, email info@simpliarg.com.ar. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or while we have a business relationship, and afterward only as long as required for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we'll note it on the website.
